How we got here...

How "The Mission of 300" was born from a childhood struggle and the spirit of giving back.

I want 300...


Specifically, I want 100 teams of 3 acquiring 2 apartment buildings a year, 200 buildings a year.


Imagine the cash flow we will generate(!).


I want to create a machine that creates so much cash flow that we can change the world by GIVING BACK.

Many of you may not realize it, because I rarely speak about it openly, but I had a rough childhood up until I went to live with my Dad at the age of 10…


I lived in the ghetto of Folsom with a single, alcoholic mother.


And at times, I went hungry…

Slept in a car...

Bathed in gas station sinks with cold water on my scalp and pink powdered soap as my shampoo.

There were many uncomfortable days and nights...


And I spent a lot of time dreaming of a universe where I could earn money to buy food and clothing…


Literally dreaming of BASIC NEEDS.


Here's the thing, there are millions of children out there right now having the same experience, and we are in a position to do something about today's troubled youth.

The 4 Steps, defined...

Can you identify your sticking point?

  • Unconscious Incompetence: The individual does not understand or know how to do something and does not necessarily recognize the deficit. They may deny the usefulness of the skill. The individual must recognize their own incompetence, and the value of the new skill, before moving on to the next stage. The length of time an individual spends in this stage depends on the strength of the stimulus to learn.
  • Conscious Incompetence: Though the individual does not understand or know how to do something, they recognize the deficit, as well as the value of a new skill in addressing the deficit. The making of mistakes can be integral to the learning process at this stage.
  • Conscious Competence: The individual understands or knows how to do something. However, demonstrating the skill or knowledge requires concentration. It may be broken down into steps, and there is heavy conscious involvement in executing the new skill.
  • Unconscious Competence: The individual has had so much practice with a skill that it has become "second nature" and can be performed easily. As a result, the skill can be performed while executing another task. The individual may be able to teach it to others, depending upon how and when it was learned. This stage leads to a greater likelihood of flow state to occur.

Most people quit at step two. Why? Mistakes are taken as failure instead of what they are...


Feedback we can learn from. With the fortitude ti keep plowing away, without guidance, it would take 4.8 years to achieve Unconscious Competence... If we were working at the endeavor for 40 hours per week! WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?!?
